  • ¾ C. mashed potatoes, cooked
  • ¾ C. raw potatoes, shredded
  • 1/3 C. oil
  • ¼ C. milk
  • ¼ C. whole-wheat flour
  • 3 C. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ T. baking powder
  • 2 T. chives, diced
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking pan with cooing spray. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the cooked mashed and raw shredded potatoes. Add in the egg, oil and milk. Mix well. Add in the remaining ingredients. Flour the surface you’ll be working on. Turn and knead the dough 7-8 times. Transfer the dough into the prepared baking pan. Cut the top of the bread, making 8 lines. Bake for 1 hour. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Serve with beans. Enjoy!
