  • 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage, cut into 2" slices
  • 1/2 lb. pasta, cooked
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 C. tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. dry basil
  • 1 C. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Heat Italian sausage with oil in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Mix sausage and remaining ingredients except for Parmesan cheese in large casserole dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese is golden. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top before serving.
