The Best No-Bake Cheesecake

This is a great recipe to make with kids because it doesn't involve the stove or oven. Lots of fun and very hard to mess up.

  • 1 8 oz. container cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can of your favorite pie filling (strawberry, blueberry or cherry)

Blend the first four ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whole container of cool whip. Pour into graham cracker piecrust and cover with plastic lid. Set in the refrigerator for 2 hours or longer. When ready to serve-spread your pie filling over top.
