The Best Sirloin Cheeseburger Sliders For a Party

- 3 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 lb. American cheese, cut into squares
- 6 C. pickle slices
- 24 mini dinner rolls
Shape ground sirloin into 24 golf ball sized spheres, and place onto cookie sheet. Press gently to form a patty. Use your index finger to slightly indent the center of each patty. Broil or saute each the patties for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, top with a small square or two of cheese and a pickle. Cook for one more minute. Place cooked patties onto dinner rolls and serve with various condiments.
