  • 8 oz. heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Cook the sausage in a pan. Once the sausage is browned, add it to the crockpot on low. In the pan with the sausage drippings, add the heavy cream and milk. Mix on medium heat until fully combined. Add the flour, salt, and pepper and stir until the sauce thickens. Put the sauce into the crockpot and stir. Leave the crockpot on warm when you serve it. Bake the biscuits as directed on the can. Serve the gravy over your biscuits.
