The Best Trail Mix for Bike Rides

- 1/2 C. favorite whole-grain rice or corn cereal
- 1/2 C. oats
- 1/4 C. flax
- 1/2 C. dried apricots
- 1/4 C. dried mango
- 1/4 C. almonds
- 1/4 C. cashews
- 3 Tbs. honey
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay out cereal, oats, flax, and nuts on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
2) Add dried fruit to the baked ingredients and mix well.
