  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Flour- 1 ½ cups
  • Unsalted butter- 1/2 stick
  • Sea salt- ¼ tsp
  • 2 eggs
  • Light brown sugar- 1 cup
  • Vanilla- 1 tsp
  • Yogurt- ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder- 3 tbsp
  • Milk- 2 tbsp
  • Orange essence
  • Orange food coloring
  • Butter- 1/2 stick
  • Icing sugar- 3/4 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 330°F. Combine baking powder, cocoa, flour, and salt and put aside. Add vanilla, butter, and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Stir and add one egg at a time. Beat and stir well.

Add the flour mixture, the milk and the yogurt. Beat well. Divide the batter into muffin tray paper cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool the cakes in a wire rack for 15 minutes after baking.
