Ingredients
- 40 vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 3 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 1/4 C. berry-flavored vodka
- 2 eggs, gently beaten
- 2 C. fresh raspberries
- 1 T. orange juice

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine wafers and 1/4-cup of sugar into a food processor and puree until smooth. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Add in sour cream, vodka, and eggs. Pour Half of the mixture into your cooling springform pan and sprinkle with one cup of berries. Cover with the rest of the filling. Combine remaining berries with orange juice into a bowl or blender and mix until smooth. Drizzle over top of the cheesecake and bake for 60 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
