  • 2 C. canned chickpeas, drained, 2 T. liquid reserved
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/3 C. sesame paste
  • 6 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 dashes hot sauce
  • dash of paprika
