The Dutchman
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Braunschweiger
- 1 medium onion, finely minced
- 3 Tbs. hot wine mustard
- Dash beer, just enough to make the mixture pleasantly malleable
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and shape with hands into one or two balls, depending on your preference. Allow to stand in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, then roll in finely chopped parsley or combination of parsley and chives. Serve immediately or freeze until about a half hour before party time. Serve with assorted crackers. Shape any leftovers again and store in refrigerator.
