  • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved, and flattened
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 C. flavored bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 C. brown gravy

In a flat dish, press bread crumbs into chicken on all sides.  Oil an oven-proof casserole dish.  Lay chicken breasts in oiled casserole dish.  Place on slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.  Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.  Heat brown gravy on low heat until warm.  Remove chicken from oven, then spoon sauce on and around chicken.
