The EASIEST Chocolate Souffle Recipe EVER

- 3 egg yolks
- 4 egg white
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate finely chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon tartar
Melt the chocolate in a bowl.
Beat the egg yolks in separate bowl as you add sugar to it until it changes from orange to yellow.
Beat the egg whites and add tartar and remaining sugar to it.
Add chocolate into egg yolks and mix.
Add egg whites into the chocolate mixture little by little and mix. Afterwards add the remaining egg white by gently folding. Pour the mixture evenly into four well-greased ramekins.
Bake the mixture at 350 degrees until it crusts and serve immediately. This should take about 10 minutes, and the souffle will rise while baking.
