The Easiest Coffee Cake Ever

This coffee cake could not be easier, and it's so delicious right out of the oven in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 pkg. new instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 C. Wesson oil
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • mixture of cinnamon and sugar

Directions

Mix dry mixes (cake mix and vanilla pudding); add oil and cream and blend together. Add eggs one at a time. Sprinkle Bundt pan with cinnamon sugar. Add batter and sprinkle top of cake with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out and sprinkle cake again with cinnamon sugar.

  • I made this today. It was wonderful. I did spray my pan and sprinkled with the pan with sugar & Cinn. mixture, then I did chop up some walnuts (leave Chunky) and then I poured the cake mixture on top , I did sprinkle the top also with sugar & Cinn. mixture and than baked. 350 degrees for the full 50 min.
    (I did not have the vanilla pudding) So I used what someone else suggest on this site. (Butterscotch Instant Pudding) My husband raved over this. This is a keeper for take alongs &

  • I sprayed my stoneware bundt pan with Pam first, then added the sugar cinnamon mixture to the pan, then poured in the cake batter and sprinkled again with sugar cinnamon mixture.

  • I made this cake and it was moist and very delicious. Very easy to make. I sent this recipe to my friend and she agrees! Her husband loved it . I also gave some of the cake to my neighbor and they loved it and want the recipe too. THANKS FOR SHARING THIS GREAT AND EASY, AND DELICIOUS COFFE CAKE RECIPE!!!

  • I MADE THIS CAKE THE OTHER DAY AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. I MADE A FEW CHANGES. I MADE THE YELLOW CAKE ACCORDING TO THE RECIPE AND ADDED ONE BOX OF REGULAR SIZE VANILLA PUDDING. THEN I MADE CRUMBS FROM A SUGAR, FLOUR, CINNAMON & BUTTER RECIPE. I PLACED THE CRUMBS ON TOP OF THE CAKE BATTER BEFORE BAKING. I ALSO MADE A SMALL AMOUNT OF SUGAR & CINNAMON MIXTURE. I SPRINKLED THAT ON TOP OF THE CAKE & WITH A KNIFE I SWIRLED IT INTO THE CAKE. THE CAKE WAS MOIST AND YUMMY.

  • made this coffee cake as is the first time it was great! Yesterday I made it but I use instant lemon pudding any 1 tbs. lemon zest in the batter! I also mixed 4 tbs. lemon juice with 1c. confectioners' sugar and drizzled it over the cake after pokeing holes on top of the cake with a toothpick yummy I love lemons

  • In the bottom of the bundt pan after spraying put some pecans or walnuts then add the cake mix wonderful.Also if using a cake mix w/ pudding in the mix do you still add more?
