The Easiest Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Serving Size / Yield
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon of bacon grease (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of milk (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl using a fork, blend together the eggs, bacon grease or milk. In the meantime, melt the butter or margarine in a skillet on medium heat. Next, pour in the eggs and stir frequently as they cook. When they are scrambled well, put on a plate. The eggs need to be well done but moist. Be sure to not overcook. Then, season with pepper or salt.
