  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ¼ cup of white sugar

Stir milk and vinegar together in a small bowl; let sit for 5 minutes to sour.
In a large bowl, combine the soured milk, flour, eggs, melted butter, baking soda and sugar. Mix well until smooth.
Start making the pancakes by spooning batter onto a greased pan heated over medium heat. Flip when it starts to get bubbly and sturdy enough to turn over; repeat until you run out of batter.
