There's no such thing as too much butter, and this is one recipe you get to enjoy as much of it as you want. The crab legs themselves will be buttery, but the butter sauce gives it a more savory taste. This is a great seafood dish to try.

  • 2 lbs. king crab legs
  • 1⁄2 C butter
  • 1⁄2 garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
  • 1⁄8 C extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 leaves of lettuce

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and sauté. Squeeze in lemon juice. Turn heat to low and mix. Whisk in olive oil.

Arrange crab legs in a 9x13 baking dish, brushing each leg with the sauce.

Bake crabs for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle on any remaining sauce.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the garlic and green onion in the butter. Continue to heat mixture until bubbling. Season with salt and pepper if needed

Serve on top of lettuce leaves and with side of melted butter.
