The Most Fabulous Strawberry Pie

This strawberry pie recipe is so good that you will not be able to put a slice of this pie down. You will definitely want a second or even a third piece! I make about 10-15 every year by request.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 5 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 sm. box strawberry Jello
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 lg. graham cracker pie crust

Directions

Remove stems and wash strawberries. Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan. Cook and stir until clear. Add Jello. Let cool for 10 minutes. Add berries to mix and pour into pie crust. Let it chill for about 30 minutes and serve with Cool Whip on top.
