The PERFECT Dark Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Serving Size / Yield
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 12 ounce dark chocolate chopped into large pieces
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp of chocolate flavored liqueur like Kahlua or Bailey etc
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon espresso coffee granules
In a large double boiler, place the chopped chocolate and stir gently until it melts.
Add the other ingredients to the melted chocolate and stir again until mixed completely.
Pour the mixture into a large fondue pan and serve with fondue dippers.
You can easily use sweet fruits like banana chunks, apple cubes, dry fruits like dried figs, cashew, almonds, etc, marshmallow cubes, toasted fruit bread, sweet cupcake cubes, etc
