The Perfect Grilled Cheese
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Tbs. butter, room temperature
- 2 slices bread, day old
- 3 oz. cheese, shredded
Heat a pan over medium heat. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place on slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan and sprinkle with the cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Turn the heat down a notch and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
