  • Salt and pepper to taste

Season the beaten eggs with salt and pepper. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then pour the eggs over the hot pan. Allow the eggs to set and cook until firm. Gently spread the cream cheese on to the middle of the cooked eggs and fold the eggs in half. Side out of the pan and serve.
