  • 3/4 C. warm water
  • 1 tsp. dry active yeast
  • 2 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Store-bought pizza sauce
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Oregano

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. In large bowl, pour warm water and yeast. Let sit until a bit of foam starts to form. Add in flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil into same bowl. Stir until dough forms. Pour dough onto a floured surface. Knead for 4-5 minutes. Put dough back in bowl and cover with towel. Place bowl on top of stove or in microwave for 5 minutes, depending on which one is above your heating oven.
Using either wooden cutting boards or the back of cookie sheets, divide the dough in half and stretch them into two rectangles on surfaces. Spread pizza sauce on dough and top with cheeses and oregano. Place pans in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Slice into smaller individual rectangles and serve hot.
