  • I work for the Ritz Carlton, and we are known for our fresh baked cookies! Our VERY BIG, fresh baked cookies. In the words of my seven year old, referring to her 4 year old little brother, "Those are as big as his face!" We roll them into 5 pound logs and then cut them into one inch slices. Yeah....HUGE. We bake them at 350 degrees, 10 or so minutes. And our guests LOVE them.

  • 335 IS funny! Maybe it was meant to be 325, although I would have thought 350. And yes, that would make one BIG cookie!

  • Temperature of 335 degrees sounds a bit odd but, otherwise, it sounds good... although, the cookies may be a little small! =)

  • Are these measurements for real? 1/2-cup scoops of dough? Let's scale things down to reality. Cut the quantities in half, and use a tablespoon or 1-oz ice cream scoop to measure.
