Serving Size / Yield
- 4 English muffins
- 1/2 C. Nutella
- 1/2 C. peanut butter
- 1/4 C. strawberry preserves
- 2 bananas, sliced thinly
- 1/4 C. butter
Spread butter on the outsides of the English muffins. Spread 2 Tbs. peanut butter inside the top half of each sandwich and 2 Tbs. Nutella inside the bottom half of each sandwich.
Place a thin layer of sliced bananas on top of the Nutella and a thin layer of preserves on top of the peanut butter.
Use a panini press or a cast iron skillet (with a foil-wrapped brick on top of each sandwich) to flatten and brown the top and bottom. Should take about 5-6 minutes, but keep your eyes on the sandwiches.
Slice in half and serve with a glass of milk.
