The Simplest Flaky Pie Crust EVER
Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients in a pie pan using a whisk. Using the buttered tips of your fingers, press the mixture into the pan and up the sides. Using a fork or toothpick, poke hols throughout the crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees or until the crust is a golden brown.
