The Ultimate Bacon-Wrapped French Fries

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 lb. thin cut bacon
Peal the potatoes and cut into thin fries. Dry the fries with a paper towel to remove as much moister as possible. Cut the bacon slices in half, and use one half to wrap around one fry. Continue with all the bacon pieces, placing the wrapped fries onto a cookie sheet. Bake the french fries at 425 degrees for 25 minutes until the potatoes have softened. Broil the fries for 2 minutes before serving so they crisp up nicely.
