  • 1 C. warm water
  • 4 1/2 tsp. yeast
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/2 C. flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix water and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Add flour slowly. Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours. Turn dough on a floured surface and knead slightly. Divide dough into 24 portions. Place in prepared pans. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
