The Ultimate Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 C. oatmeal
- 2 C. buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
- 1-2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- raisins (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix oatmeal and butter milk. Let stand overnight. In the morning, add the other ingredients. Add raisins if desired. Use batter to make pancakes.
