  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • ¼ C. tahini sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Use a food processor to combine lemon juice and tahini sauce until evenly whipped together. Add in olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until combined and add in chickpeas. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add in a couple tablespoons of water. Serve with a sprinkle of additional spices.
