  • 1 1/3 C. water
  • Dash salt
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 T. honey
  • 2/3 C. rolled oats
  • ½ C. blueberries
  • 1 tsp. orange juice
  • ½ C. almond milk

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add in oats, honey, cinnamon, and salt; reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until almost all of the water has been absorbed. Stir in half of your blueberries, orange juice, and almond milk. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until desired consistency. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes, top with remaining berries, and serve.
