  • 3 pkgs. (10 oz. each) prebaked Italian pizza crusts (6 inch)
  • 2 jar of any traditional pizza sauce
  • 2 roma tomatoes, 1 inch slices
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 3/4 C ground sausage, cooked
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbs. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. On ungreased large cookie sheet, place pizza crusts. Spread pizza sauce on pizza crusts to within 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle 1 C. of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. Top with tomatoes, sausage and onions. Sprinkle with basil and the rest of both cheeses. Bake 7 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
