  • 3 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 T. tomato paste
  • 4 C. beef broth
  • 1 T. paprika

In a bowl, combine flour and paprika; dredge beef in flour mixture to coat evenly. In a pot, brown beef with garlic until cooked through. Add in bell pepper and sauté until tender. Season with salt and pepper, pour in beef broth and tomato paste, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until thickened and tender.
