  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ C. tomato paste
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 C. corn
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 3 C. beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 jalapenos, diced
