  • 1  whole wheat thin 12 inch pizza crust
  • 1/4 C pizza Sauce
  • 1  C shredded parmesan
  • 2 Mozzarella Curds, thinly sliced
  • 1  Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 9 Oz fresh chopped spinach
  • 1  tsp  Italian seasoning

Heat oven to 425°

Place pizza crust on sprayed baking sheet, and top with pizza sauce, then remaining ingredients, garnishing with the seasoning and olive oil.

Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and brown.
