Three Olive Pate
Ingredients
- 2 C. finely chopped Greek Kalmata olives
- 2 C. finely chopped Spanish olives with pimentos
- 2 C. finely chopped black olives
- 1 Tbs. coarse ground black pepper
- 1 C. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a large mixing bowl fold all ingredients using a large spatula until all is blended. Put into sterilized pint Mason jars. Put on sterilized lids and bands. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 4 - 5 pints.
