Ingredients

  • 4-5 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ¾ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Put all the ingredients from chicken to the cayenne pepper into a large bowl and mix the spices. Add the chicken and coat well. Pour into the crockpot and add bay leaves. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream and cornstarch and mix well. Add to the chicken, mix and cook for 20 more minutes.
