Tilapia with Garlic and Onions
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 fillets Tilapia
- Olive oil (3 tablespoons)
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- Cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
Rub the fillets with the garlic. Place the fillets in a non-reactive dish.
Coat the fish fillets with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and then place the onion on top of the fish. Cover the fillets and refrigerate overnight.
The oven should be preheated to 175 degrees Celsius.
Transfer the fish to a baking dish and then sprinkle it with Cayenne pepper. Continue baking at the same temperature for about 30 minutes.
