Tilapia With Vegetables
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 carrots, Sliced
- 1 radish, quartered
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- vinaigrette of your choice
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 2 tbs butter
In a skillet on medium heat, add butter.
Once butter is melted add tilapia and season with salt and pepper.
Flip after a few minutes.
Season the other side and continue cooking.
Once done, turn off heat.
Add vegetables to a bowl and coat with vinaigrette.
Place vegetables on a plate and fish on top.
