  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 8-in. Corn tortillas
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Feta cheese to crumble
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper while heating a skillet on high. Drizzle oil in the skillet and cook the garlic for a few minutes before adding the shrimp in batches for 5 minutes on each side or until they're pink. Assemble the tacos by placing the avocado's on the tortillas, then the shrimp, Pico de Gallo, and feta cheese. squeeze lime juice on top and serve.
