1 Roast


  • 1 3/4 lb. Pot Roast preferably Rump or Bottom Round
  • 1 medium onion, halved and sliced thin
  • 1 can Beer, any kind
  • 1 small can jellied Cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 C. ketchup optional

Place onion in bottom of crock pot. Add pot roast, cranberry sauce, ketchup and beer. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve and Enjoy
