Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake

- ¾ C Espresso
- ¼ C Dark Rum
- 1 3-oz pkg Ladyfingers
- 3 C Coffee Ice Cream
- ¾ C Semisweet Chocolate, grated plus more (shaved) for garnish
Prepare an 8x4-inch loaf pan by lining the inside with plastic wrap. Allow the wrap to hang over the sides by about three inches.
Mix espresso and rum in a shallow bowl. Dip about eight ladyfingers into the espresso mixture and then arrange on the bottom of the loaf pan.
Spread a layer of ice cream followed by the grated chocolate. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top with shaved chocolate for garnish.
Cover and freeze for 3 hours.
