  • 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 ½ C. chopped pecans
  • 2 T. cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread out apple pie filling and dried cranberries along the bottom of a greased cake pan. Using a food processor, combine and pulse together pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar until consistency is a fine crumble. Sprinkle cake mix over filling, top with butter, and then add a layer of pecan crumble. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until golden.
