  • 1/4 C. butter, divided
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 C. milk chocolate English toffee bits
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs. salt

Line a square pan with foil and grease the foil with butter. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, salt, and butter. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is well dissolved. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallows until melted. Fold in the toffee bits and vanilla, then pour into the prepared pan. Chill until firm, then cut into squares to serve.
