  • 2 cans of chili beans
  • 2 cans of chickpeas
  • 1 sm. jar of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. of Tabasco sauce
  • two 24-oz. jars of you favorite tomato sauce mix
  • 2 boxes of tofu crumbles

We use a crockpot for cooking, but you could also use a stove top pan- your choice. Place 2 jars of tomato mix in pan or crockpot. Add two cans each of chili and chickpeas (do not drain chickpeas). Add Tabasco and stir in. Add mushrooms.  Add both boxes of tofu crumbles. Stir all ingredients well. For more zing, increase Tabasco or add chili powder, garlic, or oregano to your taste.
