Tofu Ice Cream

You can add whatever you would like to this recipe, great basic recipe.

  • 8 oz. soft Tofu
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 6 Tbs sugar (or whatever sweetener you use)
  • 3/4 C. rice milk

In a blender, mix all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and place in the freezer. Stir frequently while it is freezing to prevent crystallization. Transfer the ice cream to the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. You can add 1/2 C. cocoa powder for chocolate flavor. Or you can add 1/2 C. fresh fruit or nuts before freezing.
