  • 7 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 C. basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toasted bread
