  • 10 to 12 small whole tomatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cheeses and add to a 9x13 baking dish.
Place whole tomatoes in the baking dish.
Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings together.
Pour in the baking dish.
