  • 6 med. red tomatoes
  • 4 Tbs. fresh basil
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C. favorite creamy white salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice 6 medium tomatoes thinly. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. In the bottom of the dish, place a layer of tomatoes. Tear the fresh basil into 1/4 inch pieces. Sprinkle 1/3 of pieces over the tomatoes. Keep layering until the dish is full. Combine the cheese and the salad dressing and spread over the tomatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
