  • 1⁄2 C. cornmeal
  • 1⁄4 C. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄4 C. oil
  • 3⁄4 C. low-fat milk
  • 1⁄4 C. fresh basil, minced
  • 1⁄4 C. tomatoes, diced
  • 1⁄4 C. button mushroom, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1⁄4 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
