  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ C. basil, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. Parmesan, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. In a greased baking dish, combine pasta, garlic and shallot mixture, crushed tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes until heated through.
