Tomato-Feta Pizza
Ingredients
- 3 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 ttsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 whole soft pitas
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pitas and mix well. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pitas on a baking sheet. Spread tomato mixture evenly over pitas and bake for 10-20 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve as appetizer or whole pizza as a meal. Makes 4 Servings. Serving Size: 1 pita with 3 oz. toppings
